B Vital stands for a fresh, light and energy-filled environment created through the interplay of air, light, temperature, sound and materials. The Materials Concept makes use of finishing materials that satisfy the sustainability requirements. In a similar vein, the Air Concept includes high-quality air filtering and ventilation, guaranteeing extremely high air quality, as well as a green wall that also contributes to this. The ability to optimally adjust heating and cooling to suit each user is part of the Thermal Concept. Sound also plays an important role in B Vital. The Sound Concept is about achieving optimal acoustics for the user’s well-being.

VITAL BODY

The Movement Concept helps B Vital users to be more active while working, as well as before and after work. B Vital also offers space for a gym, showers and lockers. The Water Concept ensures the availability of high-quality water by means of ample taps in the building. The Movement Concept invites users to take the stairs instead of the lift and to ride their bikes more often.

VITAL BRAIN

At B Vital, the Mind Concept and Community Concept contribute to users’ mental health. For example, the Mind Concept enables the creation of an individual programme for each tenant, consisting of training and mental health and wellness courses. This concept receives a natural boost by means of the inclusion of a green wall containing live plants in the communal area. Among other things, the Community Concept promotes social cohesion among the building’s users through an office app/online platform that provides practical information and involves users in activities taking place in the building.
